From being kicked out of college to making Forbes 30 under 30 |

Co-founder of the Pulse Group, Christoph Kastenholz, had an unconventional career start. Christoph was kicked out of college due to failing an exam three times. Dropping out of his business degree ended up being the best thing to happen to him, awakening his desire, energy, and determination to succeed. He soon went on to work for start ups worldwide, went back to college, and completed school at the top of his class. Today, he runs Pulse as co-founder and CEO, which has become the market leader in influencer marketing with offices in Hamburg, Milan, and New York City. Pulse has grown to 60 employees and counting, with a competitive advantage due to its advertising and talent management divisions. This week Christoph was named on Forbes’ annual, prestigious ’30 under 30′ list with Pulse co-founder Lara Daniel, marking industry recognition for his incredible achievements in the business.
