It is easy to get frustrated or confused when having to bounce between several social media applications in order to communicate with your friends or followers, especially if you are a business aiming to maintain clear and consistent content across platforms.
Facebook just made our lives much easier by introducing a new feature on its Pages application that links users’ Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger accounts and presents them all in one organized, easy-to-navigate space.
This update is ideal for influencers and social media managers alike, where they will now be able to browse through notifications and respond to comments, messages, and other interactions more efficiently and cohesively. The application presents each platform in its own vibrant color scheme and distinct tab in order to prevent posts getting published to the wrong channel.
With a global rollout soon approaching, we predict to see a spike in both influencer-fan and business-customer interactions, as influencers and businesses will—with the simplicity and swiftness of the feature—become more inclined to engage and build relationships with their followers.
