You enjoy fostering and expanding customer relationships and bridging the gap between our clients and our internal project teams? You love pitching ideas and developing impactful strategies with your clients? You enjoy working with numbers, solving problems and love a good challenge? You would like to lead a team and help inspire and grow more junior team members? Then the job of Senior Manager in our Accounts team might be just perfect for you! 

Your Tasks

  • Manage our client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests. 
  • Overall responsibility for developing the client agency relationship.
  • Take client business/marketing briefs and challenging and asking questions, to ensure a strategic alignment that meets business needs in an effective and accountable way.
  • Prepare materials for pitches and then present and sell new projects to our clients. 
  • Oversee project execution by ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met and communication is running smoothly.
  • Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities with existing and future agency clients.
  • Identify ways to grow client accounts through organic new business opportunities and keeping our clients up to date with useful market developments and trends.
  • Analyse and present data to demonstrate the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Develop a growth strategy for each client to match Pulse’s objectives and targets into annual plans and ensure the profitability and growth of client accounts.
  • Involved in the recruiting, onboarding and mentoring process of new team members.
