Your tasks 
- Fuel Growth: Lead client pitches and presentations, showcasing the agency's strategic capabilities and in-depth understanding of client needs
- United Front: Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing across regional strategy teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence across client-facing functions
- Strategic Advisor: Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to inform business strategy and decision-making
- Industry Expert: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in strategy consulting, integrating new insights and approaches into the agency's offerings
- Performance Tracker: Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the strategy division
Your skills 
- You possess 8+ years of agency experience shaping strategic direction and driving growth for clients
- You have proven ability to develop compelling client pitches and translate them into actionable strategies that deliver results
- You boast excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to captivate audiences and deliver complex messages clearly
- You maintain a keen eye for industry trends and a commitment to staying ahead of the curve
- You offer a collaborative spirit with a talent for fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing
