- You lead with passion, growing and empowering a diverse, high-performing team while championing Gen-Z talent and future leadership
- You drive integrated global social and influencer marketing strategies across paid, organic, and creator channels—with performance at the core
- You shape meaningful content and community experiences that spark conversation, build connection, and elevate the brand across every social platform
- You turn data into momentum, setting smart KPIs and using advanced analytics, AI, and automation to fuel ongoing innovation and impact
- You collaborate across functions—working hand in hand with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Brand teams to bring bold ideas to life
- You stay ahead of the curve, spotting emerging trends and scaling global Social Commerce with local relevance and measurable results
Your skills

- You have 10–15 years of experience in marketing, including 5–7 years focused on social and influencer marketing and 3+ years in team management
- You are fluent in social channels, content formats, and platform capabilities, with strong experience leading global social media strategies
- You think strategically and act hands-on, with the ability to connect brand, business, and cultural relevance through social storytelling
- You are skilled in performance marketing, with deep knowledge of KPIs, analytics tools, measurement models, and omnichannel orchestration
- You are confident navigating legal and compliance topics in global marketing contexts and collaborate cross-functionally with ease
- You are a visionary communicator and stakeholder manager, ideally bilingual, who can engage diverse teams and represent the brand externally
