Your tasks 
- You develop brand positioning strategies grounded in consumer insights, cultural context, and market dynamics
- You identify white-space opportunities through competitor analysis, trend research, and foresight work
- You build clear, compelling strategic frameworks that guide integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution
- You collaborate closely with Creative, Data, Paid Media, Influencer, and Client Services teams to turn strategy into standout work
- You track campaign performance, interpret insights, and fine-tune strategies for maximum impact
Your skills 
- You bring 2–5 years of strategy experience from a creative or digital agency setting
- You have a strong grasp of brand development, audience psychology, and how culture influences perception
- You’re fluent in tools like GWI, Pulsar, or Brandwatch—and know how to turn insights into action
- You’re a natural storyteller with the ability to present ideas clearly, confidently, and with creative spark
- You speak fluent English—other languages are a big plus in our international work
