Your tasks Task

  • You act as the main strategic partner for your clients and guide them through their social and digital growth
  • You ensure your team builds strong, trusted relationships that drive long-term success for both the client and our agency
  • You own the full scope of our existing German client portfolio – from overseeing campaigns to managing contracts and KPIs
  • You identify growth opportunities within the German market and translate insights into action and innovation
  • You lead and mentor your team to excel and grow and you work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class results

  • You have 5+ years of experience in account management, client strategy or a similar role within an agency or digital environment
  • You have already managed and grown a team and know how to develop people while driving performance

  • You’re fluent in German and English and can communicate with clarity, empathy and confidence across all levels
