Your tasks 
- You execute TikTok content strategy for global brands, translating briefs into native, scroll-stopping concepts that fit the platform, not just the brand guidelines
- You create and edit high-quality TikTok content end-to-end, using CapCut and TikTok's native editor to nail pacing, audio, and the aesthetic that makes content feel platform-first
- You apply your understanding of TikTok's algorithm and FYP mechanics to optimise every asset for discoverability and performance
- You manage the full content creation process from concept to delivery, collaborating with the Social Media Manager on content calendars and flagging emerging opportunities before they peak
- You stay ahead of trends, sounds, and cultural moments, spotting what's gaining traction early and adapting it smartly for different brand contexts
Your skills 
- You are deeply fluent in TikTok, you spend real time on the platform, understand trend cycles, and know instinctively what feels native versus corporate
- You have 2–3 years of proven experience creating and editing TikTok content, with a strong portfolio to back it up
- You are skilled in CapCut and TikTok's native editor, comfortable with Canva, and familiar with AI tools for content creation, or eager to develop these skills quickly
- You are fluent in English and Italian, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
- You take creative ownership, stay open to feedback, and bring the energy and instinct of someone who genuinely lives on the platforms they work on
