Your tasks 
- You develop TikTok-first content strategies for global brand accounts, defining platform-native formats, content pillars, and creative direction that drive measurable engagement
- You own the full content cycle across TikTok and complementary platforms, from briefing and ideation to production and community management
- You track, analyse, and report on performance, translating data into sharp insights and concrete recommendations clients can act on
- You act as the main point of contact for clients, confidently guiding projects from briefing to execution while challenging briefs that don't fit platform reality
- You stay ahead of trends, algorithm shifts, and cultural moments to keep brand accounts relevant and consistently performing
Your skills 
- You have 3+ years of freelance or agency experience in social media management with a proven TikTok focus, and a portfolio of brand work that speaks for itself
- You think in TikTok: trend cycles, algorithm behaviour, and FYP mechanics are your daily business, and you've applied that knowledge across different industries and brand voices
- You're used to managing multiple client relationships simultaneously, communicating platform logic clearly, and pushing back on briefs that need rethinking
- You're confident with Canva and video editing tools, and you actively use AI tooling to work efficiently across several projects at once
- You're fluent in Italian and English, highly organised, and know how to navigate the pace and structure of an international agency environment as an external partner
