Your tasks 
- You plan, schedule and publish content across platforms based on editorial calendars, contributing ideas and creative input to help shape content that is accurate, timely and fully aligned with each brand's tone of voice and platform best practices
- You are the voice of the brand in daily community management: responding to comments, DMs and mentions with care, consistency and a deep understanding of each platform's language
- You actively foster engagement by building meaningful, long-term relationships between brand and community
- You support the creation and delivery of monthly performance reports, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients
- You continuously monitor social channels, identifying trends, conversations and cultural moments relevant to the brands you manage
- You collaborate closely with the wider team, contributing to editorial planning sessions and ensuring smooth, timely delivery across all work streams
Your skills 
- You bring 1–2 years of experience in social media management, ideally within an agency environment
- You have a strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and broader platform dynamics, and how audiences behave across each
- You are exceptionally organised and detail-oriented; from captions and emojis to posting times and reporting deadlines, nothing slips through
- You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering work that is accurate, consistent and polished before it reaches the client or goes live
- You are confident using scheduling, publishing and social monitoring tools, and comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines in parallel
- You are a proactive team player with strong communication skills, fluent in English, and at ease working directly with clients in a professional setting
- You are creatively curious and have an eye for trends and formats and can translate what's happening in culture into relevant, timely content ideas for the brands you work on
